Your Google Ads conversions sometimes stop counting. Without a word.

Pixel fired, request accepted, HTTP 200 — and zero conversions recorded on the account. The failure raises no alert: it gets discovered weeks later, on a collapsing curve.

The problem

What is lost can only be recovered if it was kept

When a tag stops reporting conversions, Google Ads keeps spending while steering on false figures. Campaigns on maximise-conversions learn from nothing, and every decision is taken blind.

Once the failure is fixed, the attribution window has passed. Offline conversion import is the only way back — but it needs the click identifier of every order, that gclid nobody thinks to keep until they need it.

On the shop where this tool was born, the probe installed after the fact recovered 63 conversions worth €17,949 in a single month. They would have vanished without it.

The tool

It keeps, it shows, it exports, it corrects

Keep

On every order, the click identifier and the advertising consent state are frozen onto the order. Classic checkout and block checkout alike. Nothing to configure.

Show

A screen lists orders with their attribution state. Non-importable rows stay visible, struck through, with their reason spelled out — never hidden.

Export

A file in the Google Ads import format, with the currency read from each order. Rows that went out are marked: a second pass does not offer them again.

Correct

An imported conversion later cancelled or refunded stays counted. The tool produces the retraction, or the restatement of a partial refund.

What it does not do

Screens

What you see

Dashboard: conversions ready to import, adjustments waiting, feed status, and the figures for the last thirty days.
The dashboard says what needs action first, and only then what happened.
Order list: importable rows in green, rejected ones in grey with their reason — no gclid, duplicate, excluded status.
Every rejected row carries its reason. Hiding them leads to an hour spent wondering why fifty-eight orders yield forty-eight rows.
Adjustments tab: conversions to retract, one to restate, one outside the window flagged in red.
Google only accepts an adjustment within 54 days of the conversion. Past that, the screen says so in red rather than letting you believe otherwise.
Automatic feed settings: address, username, password and the date of the last fetch.
Optionally, Google Ads fetches the adjustments on its own. Off by default, and a button tests that everything answers before you leave the page.

Setting up

Four moves

  1. Install and activate. Capture starts immediately, with no setting.
  2. Create the conversion action in Google Ads, of the Import type and as a secondary one first — injecting months of history into a primary action would displace your campaigns' learning.
  3. Copy its name into the settings. It must match to the letter.
  4. Export and upload the file into Google Ads. The import report arrives a few hours later.

The plugin keeps from the moment it is installed, but it cannot reconstruct anything from before. Installing it early costs little; installing it late costs everything that happened in between.
